  • Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Only faulty product(s) are eligible for exchange or refund. The refund process will take up to 7 to 14 days. Exchanged items are subject to item availability. So please contact our customer service at once you wish to make an exchange for a faulty product. 


Your order will be shipped as soon as the payment is been made. 

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12.00 pm (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12.00 pm or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders that were made on the weekends, Saturday and Sunday, will be send out on Monday.  Delivery will take 3 working days for Malaysia base and 2 weeks for Worldwide shipping. Mind that during the festive season, the shipping will take longer.

  • We are not responsible for merchandise risk of loss after the order has been delivered to the courier and tracking no has been updated.
  • We do not take responsibility if the courier cannot deliver the package in time due to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address.
  • Please note that shipping time might take longer during festive seasons or if your parcel gets held back for customs clearance.
  • Free shipping will be given if there are mistakes in the order(s).
